Nancy Johnson

Office Manager

Nancy is the office manager to Dr. Shillingford’s practice. She is in charge of coordinating the preoperative workup including care provided by the clinicians, obtaining insurance authorization for surgery, and coordinating Dr. Shillingford’s surgery schedule. Post-surgery, Nancy helps coordinate postoperative care and scheduling. She is a tremendous resource of support, care and information to aid patients to gain confidence and success in their healthcare issues.
